Levosulpiride 75 mg
(As sustained release pellets)

Dosage: As directed by the Physician.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry & dark place,
at below temperature 25°C.
Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
Capsules should be swallowed whole not be
chewed or crushed.
