Composition:
Each 5 ml of reconstituted suspension contains:
Cefpodoxime Proxetil IP
equivalent to Cefpodoxime .................. 100 mg
Potassium Clavulanate Diluted IP
equivalent to Clavulanic Acid............. 62.50 mg
Excipients ........... .......................................... q.s.
Colour: Sunset Yellow FCF
Dosage: As a directed by the Physician.
Storage: Store in cool & dry place,
below 25°C. Protect from Light & Moisture.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF THE CHILDREN.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
DIRECTION FOR MAKING THE SUSPENSION :
- Shake the bottle to loosen the powder.
- Twist and open the ampule of sterile water given with this pack.
- Add half quantity of sterile water from ampule in the bottle.
- Put the cap and shake the bottle vigorously.
- Adjust the volume up to the ring mark on the bottle with remaining sterile water and shake again.
- The reconstituted suspension should be keep in the refrigerator and should be use within 3 days after reconstitution.
